摘要
合成了N,N,N′,N′,N″,N″-六(苯并咪唑基甲基)三乙基四胺(TTHB)双核铜配合物,对配合物的红外光谱(IR)、电子光谱、电子自旋共振谱(ESR)、元素分析和电导性质进行了研究。并用核黄素-蛋氨酸光照法对配合物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行了研究。结果表明:配合物在10(-6)~10(-7)mol/L浓度范围内对有清除作用,是优良的仿SOD催化剂。
The titled compounds were prepared and studied in the way of infrared spectra,electronic spectra,ESR spectra,elemental analysis and conductivities. An assay of their superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was performed by means of riboflavin-nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)photoreduction. It has been found that all complexes possess excellent SOD activity and show over 50%inhibition ratio in the concentration range of 10-6~10-7 mol/L.
