摘要
用放射自显影和免疫印迹方法探讨了热应激蛋白(HSP)在多种细胞株中的诱导、定位和分布。结果发现,与正常情况相比,各种细胞在热休克后均可诱导合成大量HSP82.3、HSP69.5和HSP26.8,其合成高峰为受热后4~6h。在正常情况下,HSP69.5和HSP26.8主要位于胞浆,在热休克后(43~45℃)迅速向核内迁移,在恢复期,它们又回到胞浆。
The present article investigated the induction, localization and redistribution of heat stress proteins in many kinds of cell lines with autoradiography and western blot. The results showed that heat shock induced the syntheses of HSP 82.3, HSP 69. 5 and HSP 26. 8 in various kinds of cell lines and the peak of the syntheses arrived at the fourth to sixth hour after exposure to heat. HSP 69.5 and HSP 26.8 are mainly located in the cytoplasm under normal conditions, moved from the cytoplasm to the nuleus after heat shock(43~45℃),and returned to the cytoplasm during the recovery. These results indicated that HSP play an important role in the process.
