摘要
分析了钢铁工业中中子水分仪测量焦炭水分的误差.结果指出:产生误差的主要原因是由于现场定标时,所取样品的空间位置不准确.相比之下,仪表本身的误差及统计涨落都比较小.因此现场定标时应尽量增大取样比,在适中体积的料仓上可以获得较好的定标结果.
he error of Coke moisture measured bv neutron method in the iron and steel industry is ana-lyzed.The main cause of errors is inaccurate sampling location in the calibration procedure on site. Bycomparison, the instrument error and the statistical fluctuation error are smaller.So the sampling pro-portion should be increased as large as possible in the calibration procedure on site,and a satisfied cali-bration effect can be obtained on a suitable size hopper.
