论现代情报问题——兼评“情报是一个信息系统”

现代情报不是西方情报,情报与情报学之间有明确的界限。现代情报是存在于现代经济条件下的客观实在。情报不仅要反映过去,重要的是控制经济过程。“情报是一个信息系统”不能真实地揭示情报的本质特征。

Modern information' is not the western information. There is a clear demarcation line between information and informatics. Modern information is an objective resulting from modern economic conditions. Information will not only reflect the past, but more important, control the economic process. That 'information is an information system' can not truly bring to light the essential characteristics of information.
