Discussion on the Information Network Construction According to the Characterization of Users' Needs in the New Era

通过对新时期情报信息用户主体与需求两大变化及其实用性与广泛性等六个特点的分析,讨论了新时期信息用户对信息网络集团化、网络化、现代化等“六化”的要求。

This article briefly discusses six information requirements needed by users, through analysis of today's two changes and six characteristics in users' needs, puts forward a suggestion that the ST information networks in our country should be bulit in the posture of grouping, networking and cooperating.
