On the Three Models of Library Reader Organization

分析了目前图书馆读者组织存在的三种不同模式——读书模式、业务模式和智力模式的基本特点、活动内容和管理要点。

There are three different models of library reader organization at present: the first is 'reading' model which emphasizes on developing the reading skills of readers ,the second is 'work' model which emphasizes on participating in the library vocational work, the third is 'intelligence' model which emphasizes on exploiting the intelligence resources of readers. This paper analyses the properties, activities and management of the three models.
