Countermeasures to the Optimization of Operational Mechanism of Information Training System

针对情报培训系统运行机制的弊病,探讨了社会主义市场经济条件下,培训系统运行机制的整合功能、动力功能、定向功能、调控功能和发展功能的优化,并提出了管理体制和优化原则等方面的对策。

In view of the disadvantages of operational mechanism of information training system(ITS), this paper discusses how to optimize the synthesis function, power function, directional function, control function and developmental function of the operational mechanism of ITS under the socialist market economy. Some countermeasures to management system and optimization principle are proposed.
