摘要
阐述了市场经济条件下图书馆系统的运行机制所面临的新的转换。
Analyses the operation mechanism of the library system under market economy system from three aspects: the exchanging mechanism of library system with the environment ? the competing mechanism of library system with similar occupation and the impelling mechanism of library system to people,and points out that it differs from the operation mechanism of the library system under planning economy system.
