图书馆有偿服务作法之探讨

针对目前图书馆如何搞好有偿服务的问题,结合本馆的实践,提出了图书馆应充分发挥知识密集、信息超前的优势,更好地为读者服务,并开展了多种多样的有偿服务的尝试。图书馆搞好有偿服务必须摆正两个关系,即有偿服务与无偿服务,创收与服务的关系。图书馆应该以无偿服务为主,有偿服务为辅,相互补充,使其完善,只有这样图书馆的有偿服务才有生命力。

Based on the reform practice of the library where the author works,this paper presents a detailed analysis of library services system and suggests that a combination of both charged and charge-free service can result in job efficiency and better service quality,which will serve as a multiplier for library services with its great information magnitude and updated information resources. With regard to the relationship between the two forms of services,the author points out that they are complementary to each other with the charge-free services being the primary and the charged services the secondary.
