摘要
本文在对世界油气资源分布不均匀及勘探开发面临的困难和机遇分析的基础上,对我国技术力量与国际技术力量进行了比较。展望了我国油气资源前景,提出了我国走向国际市场的必要性,可行性,最后,对我国如何进入国际市场提出了七点建议。
On the basis of analysing the uneven distribution of the world oil and gas resource and the facing difficulties and opportunities of its exploration and development, comparing our technology capability with the international technology capability, prospecting for oil and gas resource of our country, this paper points out the necessity and feasibility for moving towards the world market and gives seven suggestions of how to enter the international market.
