摘要
本文首先对电子图书馆的内涵作了概述,并基于Internet的应用、多媒体技术、电子图书等方面的发展,指出了建设电子图书馆不仅是必要的而且是可能的。文章在分析我国高校图书馆网络化建设状况后,结合本馆自动化建设状况给出一个可供参考的电子图书馆网络建设方案。
The article summarizes the intension of a electronic library,and points out that it is not only necessary but possible to establish it depended on the development of interent applications, multi-medium technologies,and electronic books.By analyzing the library computer network built in the higher institutions in the country,it put forward a plan as a reference on electronic library network establishment.
