阐述了由电泳底漆、二道底漆和面漆组成的汽车复合涂层抗石击碎落性的测定方法。讨论了影响涂层抗石击碎落性的各种因素,诸如冲击物速度,冲击物质量、形状和冲击角度,环境温度和湿度,涂层厚度,涂层张力强度和断裂伸长率,涂层的动态力学性能─—模量、阻尼和玻璃化温度,复合涂层中应力分布,以及层间附着力和底材性能。
AbstractA determination method of chip-resistance of automo-tive multilayer coating system including electrode-position primer, surfacer and topcoat has described.Various factors affecting chip-resistance, such asspeed of chips, mass, shapes and impact angles ofchips, environment temperature and humidity, filmthickness, film tensil strength and breaking elonga-tion, dynamic mechanical properties of the film──modulus , damping and Tg, stress distribution of thecoating system, adhesion between coats and on sub-strates , have been discussed.
