摘要
通过测量和理论计算,提出二段乳液聚合法制备核/壳型复合乳液过程中第二阶段乳化剂的补加量及壳单体加料速率。研究结果初步表明,第二阶段所需乳化剂量可以在一个较大范围内变动,而第二阶段(壳)聚合过程中壳单体的滴加速率是制备核/壳型复合乳液的主要因素。
AbstractDuring preparing nuclear/shell type complex emul-sion by two stages emulsion polymerization, supple-mentary amount of emulsifier and feed rate of shellmonomer in the second stage by means of measuringand theoretical calculation are given. It has beenshown that the amount of emulsifier in the secondstage may be varied over a considerable range, anddrip rate of shell monomer in the second stage (shell)polymerization is main factor for preparing nuclear/shell type complex emulsion.
