新型无锡抛光防污漆

A NEW TIN-FREE SELF-POLISHING TFA AN-TIFOULING PAINT

目前世界上最先进的船舶防污漆仍然是含有机锡化合物（ＴＢＴ，ＴＰＴ）的自抛光防污漆ＳＰＡ。随着各国环保当局对产生海洋污染的防污漆重视，有机锡化合物正逐渐被禁用和限制，新一代无锡抛光型防污漆ＴＦＡ（Ｔｉｎ－ＦｒｅｅＡｎｔｉｆｏｕｌｉｎｇ）应运而生。本文简介了无锡抛光型防污漆的研究发展进程，作用机理，性能特点，配套，以及与自抛光防污漆的比较，指出真正的无锡自抛光型防污漆是发展的方向。

AbstractAt the monient. mosl of the advanced marine anti-foul-ing paints are still SPA self-polishing anti-fouling typesbased on organic tin compound (TBT, TPT). Being thepollution of the antifouling paints to the ocean,the organic tin cumpounds are being prohibited and limited gradually to be used, then a new generation of antifoul-ing paint has come up, so called TFA (Tin-Free-An-tifouling) . This paper described briefly the history of R& D of tin-frec antifouhng paint, effeclive mechanism,property characteristics and comparitson with traditionalself-polishing antifouling paint and predicted that thedevelopment trend is the tinfree self-polishing antifoul-ing paint.
