摘要
叙述了硫酸法钛白生产过程中酸解泥渣的处理方式及工艺流程。用板框过滤机处理这种泥渣，沉降工序的钛液回收率可达９８．５～９９．０％。年产４０００ｔ的钛白厂，板框过滤面积选择４０～６０ｍ￣２。
AbstractThe digestion residue treatrnent niethod and lirocess inthe sulfate process TiO_2 production is dcscribed. Platefilter is used for the treatment of the, residue. The recov-ery rale of tinanyl sulfate during the sedimentation pro -cess is up to 98. 5～ 99 .0 % . For a TiO_2 manufacturer with 4000 tons per year, 40～ 60 m￣2 plate filter should be used.
