水溶性腰果酚醛漆

采用腰果酚与甲醛反应，然后与顺酐化油交联，挥发性氨水中和，制得常温自干水溶性腰果酚醛漆，其性能指标与溶剂型酚醛漆相当。介绍了制备该漆所用的原料，配方及其生产工艺。列举了铁红色水溶性腰果酚醛漆的各项性能指标。讨论了甲醛、顺酐、中和剂、助溶剂、颜基比对漆膜性能的影响。

AbstractAn air dry aqueous cashew nut shell oil-- aldehyde painthas been prepared by use of cashew nut phenol reactedwith formaldehvde and crosslinked with maleic-- modi-fied oil, neutralized wiih animonia, the performance ofwhich reaches the specifications of corresponding sol-vent-based phenolic paint. The raw materials, formula-tion and production process of the paint were described.The specifications of red iron aqueous cashew nut shelloil - aldehyde paint were given . Effects of formaldehyde,maleic anhydride, neutralizer, latent .rolvents and P/B ra-tio on the performance of paint film were discussed.
