摘要
以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂，用水将硫酸法钛白ＢＡ０１－０１制成水浆。沉降除去３μｍ以上的粗大粒子。在细粉浆中加入碳酸铵聚沉剂，滤去大部分水分。按比例配备有机物，对二氧化钛实施处理。最后粉碎，制得纤维聚酯消光二氧化钛。讨论了多种有机物处理的效果。叙述了粗粒子数的测定方法及研制品在纤维聚酯中应用的结果。
AbstractA sulfate process TiO_2 BA 01-01 slurry is prepared withsodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant. The coarseparticles bigger than 3 μm is removed by precipitation.Water is removed by addition of amonium carbonate infine particle slurry. An organic compound is prepared forthe treatment of TiO_2 . Grinding the product to form thematting TiO_2 for polyester fibre. The results of use vari-ous organic treatments are discussed. The determinationprocedure of the number of coarse particles is described.The results of application in polyester fibre are given.
