摘要
某小学建两层教学楼,东部二个教室位于原水塘回填较松散地基上。后由二层加到四层。加层使用一年半后就发现东头北面墙体开裂。九四年三月又发现增加了两处新的裂缝,八个教室停止使用。本文分析了裂缝产生原因。经采用人工控孔灌注桩加固,裂缝稳定,变形得到控制。
The two classrooms on the eastern part of a two-storey primary school building is located on soft ground filled up in a pool. The building was then raised from two storeys to four storeys. One and hale year later, cracks appeared on the northern wall at the east end of the building. In March 1994 two new aracks were discovered, eight classrooms consequently were shut down for schooling. In this paper, the causes of cracking are analysised and handdug cast-in-situ piles were adopted for remedy so that the developing of cracks were halted and the deformation of the building was under controlled.
