摘要
GR-35双基推进剂在其配方组成中,硝化甘油含量较高,固体颗粒含量较多,至使该推进剂的机械感度较高,这给药料进行螺旋挤压带来了一定的困难。合理地选择工艺条件,既保证了该推进剂安全、顺利进行挤压成型,而且又能压制出不同形状的药型,满足了多种武器的需要。
GR-35 DB propellant containing high contants of nitroglycerine and solid particle has high mechanical sensitivities. This results in some difficulties for propellant formulations screw extruding. However, experiments indicate that propellant charges with variod shapes can be safely and efficiently manufactured under appropriate processing conditions.
