燃烧室内二维两相湍流流场数值分析

摘要 利用控制容积法求解固体火箭发动机燃烧室内的二相不可压湍流流动,采用多重区域网格法,将复杂的物理域分成两个简单的物理域,分别生成贴体网格。在非交错网格下,应用由Rhie和Chow及Majumdar等人提出的动量插值法来剔除不合理的压力波动。湍流模型为k-ε两方程模型,壁面附近采用壁面函数法。采用颗粒轨道模型法来模拟燃烧室内的二相流中颗粒相的运动轨迹,气相与颗粒相的二相流场通过由Crowe等人提出的PSIC法(ParticlebourceinCellMethod)求解。应用上述方法,对锥柱形装药燃烧室流场的两种工况进行了计算。 finite-volume method is used for prediction of two-phase incompressible turbulent flow in combustors of solid rocket motors. Multi-region grid method is adopted for complex irregular geometries. Body-fitted grid is generated for the calculation. In a nonstaggered grid system,momentum interpolation method is utilized to calculate the velocities at cell face in order to eliminate unphysical pressure oscillations. Turbulence is simulated by two-equation closure model along with the wall function method f or the near wall region. Particle trajectory model is used to describe the motion of the particles in the two-phase flow. Numerical calculation of the gas-particle two-phase flow is Performed by PSIC method given by Crowe et al.. Two cases for the flow field in chamber with conical type grain are calculated by above-mentioned methed.
