摘要
采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)微量注射和微电泳方法,观察大鼠丘脑腹内侧核(VM)的传入纤维联系,结果表明:VM接受大脑皮质、无名质、丘脑网状核、脚内核、下丘脑结构、上丘、黑质网状部、蓝斑、臂旁核、中缝核、前庭神经核群、脑桥网状核、小脑齿状核、小脑间位核和脊髓灰质的某些板层的传入纤维。
The afferent connections of the ventromedial nucleus of the thalamus were studied by means of retrograde axonal transport method of horseradish peroxidase(HRP).Experiments utilized microinjective and microiontophoretic delivery system through vertical and oblique approaches. The results showed that the nuclear groups that project into the ventromedial nucleus are cerebral cortex, substantia innominata, reticular thalamic nucleus, entopeduncular nucleus, hypothalamic formations,the deep layers of the superior colliculus, reticular part of the substantia nigra, locus coeruleus.parabrachial nuclei, the vestibular complex, reticular formation of the brain stem,the dentate nucleus and interpositus the cerebellum and some laminae of the spinal cord.
