摘要
采用微功耗对数放大单元研制出一种低功耗大动态和负载能力强的连续检波对数放大器。该器件可在±9V,±12V和±15V电源工作;其工作频率达50MHz以上、输入动态范围达85dB、输出视频幅度大、静态嗓声电平小于150mV、静态功耗500mW。可广泛应用于雷达、导航和通讯等领域。介绍了电路的工作原理和设计思想,给出了电路的测试结果。
A mini-module of successive detect logarithmic amplifier is developed,which is widely used in radar,navigation and telecommunications. With operating frequency reaching 50 MHz and above,the device operates at±9 V,±12 V or±15 V power supply.The design principle of the amplifier is described and its parameters are also given.
