摘要
本文以一阶纯滞后高频扩散焊机为控制对象,给出了扩散焊炉温过程控制的实施方案;应用开关-Dahlin复合控制算法,实现了高频扩散焊炉温闭环控制。联机控制运行结果表明,系统超调σ≤4%,平均温度误差≤0.5%。
Taking first order pure lag high frequency diffu.ion welding (D. W) furnace as control object, an implemented controlling the D. W parameters has been given. The closed-loop control of the furnace temperature during diffusion welding is realized by using onuff and Dahlln complex control algorithm. The result after on - line running shows that the syStem overshoot ed4% F average temperature error≤0.5%, and the shakedown or the design of the welding technological process could be easy.
