本文提出了一种基于结合型外部知识表示方案的神经网络专家系统（ＮＮＥＳ）模型、基本结构及工作原理，并以煤矿突水预测专家系统为例说明了ＮＮＥＳ的应用．

In this paper, we proposed a formal definition and general structure and working principle of NNES (Neural Network Expert System) based on join-type knowledge representation, and gave a practical application example using NNES for forecasting the water cala-mity of coal-mine.
