本文论述了在局部网中一种通用实时数据通信的实现技术，解决了在网络环境下利用多缓冲区将实时数据从一台工作站内存迅速转输到网上其它工作站内存的实时传输问题，并给出了如何实现ＷＩＮ－ＤＯＷＳ环境下实时通信的编程方法．

This paper discusses the common technology of realizing real time data Communication in Local Area Networks. It solves the problem how the real time data are transmited from one computer's memory to another computer's memory applied many buffers, and introduces the way of programming how realize real lime data communication in Windows.
