摘要
本文用蛇毒酶制剂和凝血酶对三种试验用稀释液和三种底物进行了凝固敏感性比较,然后选出最佳试验条件测定了8批蛇毒酶制品和三种蛇毒毒素。A、B、C三种稀释液以B液凝固敏感性最高。0.2%牛纤原、0.2%人纤原和绵羊血浆三种底物以0.2%牛纤原敏感性最好。在没有牛纤原的情况下也可考虑选用人纤原,但牛纤原来源容易、成本低、不含人类传染病原体,应为首选底物。
The sensitivity of clotting among three dilution and three fibrinogenic reagents were compared using snake venom enzyme products and thrombin, then the best testing condition were chosen and the clotting activity of snake venom enzyme products of eight batches and three snake venom toxin were measured. Among dilution A. B. C, dilution B had the highest clotting sensitivity. In the three fibrinogenic reagents: 0. 2% bovine fibrinogen, 0.2% human fibrinogen and sheep plasma, 0.2% bovine fibrinogen had the best clotting sensitivity. It short of bovine fibrinogen in hand, the human fibrinogen also could be used. Because bovine fibrinogen is more convenient, low cost, free from human infectious factors, it Should be the first choice material.
