The thought of structured design and Quick BASIC programming environment ready－maded in MS DOS VS. 0 system is usually used to design computer program. The author used the reasonable thought and the advantageous edit environment to easly designing experiments, managenmenting data,searching references and edting papers without designing or purchasing more softwares. It can enhanced the logicality of experimental design and the eficency of data managenment evidently.
