香菇菌发酵液的免疫调节作用 被引量:11

摘要 本文报道了香菇菌发酵液对原发性肝癌患者及不同免疫功能状态下的小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果表明,香菇菌发酵液可增加由环磷酰胺(CP)诱导的免疫功能低下的治疗组小鼠的脾细胞数,增强小鼠抗体形成细胞的功能,增加溶血素抗体产生,但其作用对预防组小鼠不明显。香菇菌发酵液能促进ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化(LT),增加免疫玫瑰花环形成细胞(IRFC)率,提高红细胞C_3b受体花环(RBC-C_3bRR)结合率。18例原发性肝癌患者的体外LT及RBC-C_3bRR结合率实验,结果与小鼠体内实验相似,提示,香菇菌发酵液具有一定的增强和调节机体免疫功能的效应。 The paper reported the immunoregulation of Fermented culture fludof lentinus edodes(Berk)sing to patients with Primary Hepatocelluiar Carcinoma(PHC)and mice at different immunestatuses, The results showed that the fermented fluid can increase the number of splenocytes in mice oftherapeutic group of hypoimmunity induced with cyclophosphamide,improve the function of antibodyproducting cellsand promote production of hemolysin antibodies。But the same resuIts cannot beobserved in mice of preventive group; it also promote splenic lymphocyte trnsformation induced withCon、A,inerease The rate of immune rosette-forrning celk(IRFC) and raise the rate of conlbination ofred cell C_3b receptor rosettes (RBC-C_3bRR), The results have been the same in 18.patients with PHCby L T and PBC-C_3bRR in virto。It can be concluded that the fermented fluid has a certain effects of improving and regulating theinimune function of the organism。
