香菇菌发酵液的免疫调节作用

本文报道了香菇菌发酵液对原发性肝癌患者及不同免疫功能状态下的小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果表明，香菇菌发酵液可增加由环磷酰胺（ＣＰ）诱导的免疫功能低下的治疗组小鼠的脾细胞数，增强小鼠抗体形成细胞的功能，增加溶血素抗体产生，但其作用对预防组小鼠不明显。香菇菌发酵液能促进ＣｏｎＡ诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化（ＬＴ），增加免疫玫瑰花环形成细胞（ＩＲＦＣ）率，提高红细胞Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ＿３ｂＲＲ）结合率。１８例原发性肝癌患者的体外ＬＴ及ＲＢＣ－Ｃ＿３ｂＲＲ结合率实验，结果与小鼠体内实验相似，提示，香菇菌发酵液具有一定的增强和调节机体免疫功能的效应。
