纤维素酶酶解稻壳的条件试验 被引量:31

摘要 本文报道康氏木霉N_2-78(Trichodermakoningi)纤维素酶产生和酶解稻壳的适宜条件。实验结果表明,在稻草粉麸皮固体培养基上,纤维素酶产生的适宜条件为稻草粉和麸皮的比例为7:3,培养基含水量为250%,pH为6.0—6.5,温度为30℃,时间为3d。酶解稻壳的最适条件为:pH为4.4,温度为40℃,作用时间为3d,酶曲量和底物量比例为1:3。 The optimum conditions of cellulase produced by Trichoderma koningi N_2-78 and hvdrolysis of rice husk by the cellulase were studied.The results showed that thenptimum conditions of producing cellulase were: the proportion of straw to wheat branwas 7 :3,the water amount of medium was 250%, PH was at 6.0 6.5, the temperaturewas 30℃ and the time were 3 days, in the solid-state medium of straw powder and wheatbran.The optimum conditions of hydrolyzing rice husk were:PH was 4.4,the temperaturewas 40℃ and the time were 3 days, the proportion of leaven to rice husk was 1: 3.
