丹皮酚对大鼠脑内单胺神经递质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用高效液相色谱-电化学器方法,研究了丹皮酚对大鼠脑内单胺神经递质代谢的影响。结果表明,丹皮酚能增加大鼠纹状体及边缘区内多巴胺代谢物高香草酸(HVA)和三羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)含量,也能增加5-羟色胺代谢物5-羟吲哚醋酸(5-HIAA)的含量,对单胺递质NA及DA含量无明显影响。 This paper reported the effect of paeonol on monoamine metabolism in rat brain.This experiment was carried out with HPIC-electrochemical detector,The results showed that the levels of homovanillic acid(HVA) and dihydroxphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) in striatum and limbic areas increased after 40 minutes ip of paeonol 100mg/kg in rat.Increase in 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA)levels of in the striatum and limbic areas was also abserved.But the levels of monoamine transmitters nora-trenaline (NA) and DA remained unchange.
