矽肺患者血清sIL－2R水平变化的研究

Studyon serum sIL-2R level of silicotic patients

５２例矽肺患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平测定结果证实Ⅰ、Ⅱ期矽肺患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平均显著高于健康对照组（Ｐ＞０．０１），而Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者差异无显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。激活的巨噬细胞可表达ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ，结合矽肺的病理变化推测矽肺病人血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平增高可能与肺泡巨噬细胞激活有关。本实验结果有助于矽肺特征的研究。

The authors reported the determination of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL-2R) in sera of 52 silicotic patients. The results indicated that sIL-2R level was significanty higher in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ silicotic patients than that in normal cQntrol group (P <0. 01),but no significant difference was found between stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ silicotic patients. Activated macrophage can express slL-2R. It is proposed that the increase of sIL-2R level in sera of silicotic patients is probably related to the activation of alveolar macrophage.
