微波消化──原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅和铜 被引量:4

摘要 报道了利用微波消化检验样品的基本原理,并介绍了利用民用微波炉聚四氟乙烯高压罐消化样品的操作方法及最佳消化条件。经微波消化的消化液,用原子吸收光谱法测定其中铅和铜含量,并做了回收率实验。测定结果变异系数,铅:2.5%~4.2%,铜:2.0%~4.5%;回收率,铅:96.0%~99.5%,铜:97.0%~99.0%。 The author reports the basic principle of dispelling sample by utilizing microwave and introduces the operating methods and the best dispelling conditions by using civil-microwave oven Polytetrafluoroethylenehigh-pressure-dis pelling jar.Trace Pb and Cu in dispelled liquid were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The coefficient of variation was 2.5%~4.2%for Pb and 2.0%~4.5%for Cu. The recovery rates were 96.0%~99.5%and 97.0%~99.0%for Pb and Cu, respectively.
