摘要
尿样经硝酸、硫酸消化,双硫腙-甲基异丁酮溶液络合萃取消化液中银,原子吸收分光光度计测定萃取液的吸收峰面积。方法的检测限为0.2μg/L。尿样浓度为2、5、10μg/L时,批内和批间相对标准偏差分别为3.4%和9.6%,加标回收率为92.7%~101%。该法可用于银的生物学监测研究。
The urine specimen was digested with nitric acid and sulpheric acid.Silver was extracted with dithizonMIBK solvent.The absorbence of silver in extract was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry.The detection limit was 0.2μg/L. The relative standard deviation within series and among series to serie were 3. 4% and 9.6%. The recoveries ranged between 92.7%~101%. The method can be used to perform the biological monitoring of silver.
