摘要
广泛细致的临床观察及精密的实验研究资料表明,烧(创)伤后多器官衰竭(MOF)综合征是由于机体释放具多种生物活性的体液介质所致全身过度炎症反应的最后结果。多种体液介质作用总和所致异常的血液循环状态、内皮炎症及血管通透性增加和血液高凝及微血栓形成而最终引起多脏器微循环障碍,此种微循环障碍是烧(创)伤后多器官衰竭发生的重要病理生理基础。
The clinical and experimental investigations concurred with that there is a two-hit phenomenon in the pathosenesis of MOF,which is fundamentally relation to shock and infection,the presence of septic symptoms,rapid development and high mortality, non-specific and mostly reversible pathological changes in various affected organs. Then,the development of infection and the presence of necrotic tissues would fuel the antecedent systemic inflammatory response resulted by mediators and inducing the dysfunction of microcirculation in organs, finally MOF will be developing.
