眼底荧光血管造影判断原发性高血压患者视网膜血管损害

摘要 采用眼底荧光微血管造影法定量测量100例原发性高血压患者不同阶段视网膜动脉显影时间、视网膜静脉充盈时间、视网膜毛细血管交换时间和视网膜黄斑部拱环内微血管密度。结果表明,高血压患者视网膜血管有损害,而且随着分级级别的增加而有不同变化。 Damage of retinal microvascular by fluorescein angiography in 100cases with essential hypertension patients at different stases were observed. The following main observation was made:arteral apperance time,vein filling time,eapillary exchanse time and microvascular density. The results showed that there were damage in retinal microvascular in essential hypertension patients, and the changes of retinal microvascular at different stages of hypertension was concordance with its severity and a signifieant difference was found between the different stages.
