摘要
重点介绍自行研制的甲襞微循环图像分析系统。认为:该系统能可靠、自动地测试出输入枝、输出枝的管径与流速。管径测量采用了自行提出的非线性变换抑制血管内部噪声,结合自跟踪技术跟踪一定长度血管的管径分布而求出平均管径;速度测量采用了时间序列图像分析,通过高精度快速配准补偿毛细血管晃动,利用统计意义上微粒的灰度特异性实现可靠测量。
An image analysing system of nailfold microcirculation was Devoloped. The characteristics of the system are its reliables and automatical measurement of diameters and velocities in input branch and output branch of a capillary. A nonlinear transform is put forward to supress the large noise of capilllary images. By virtue of the combination of nonlinear transform and self-tracking technique, the diameter distribution along capillary axis for a given capillary length is obtained, thus its average valueis available which was called diameter in input branch or output branch. By means of temporal image series analysis, velocities could be determined. Fast registration of eapillary images with high accuracy is adopted to compensate the wobbling of nailfold eapillaries. Based on the stastical speciality of moving particles, velocities could be explored reliably .
