降浊宣肺法改善慢性肺心病甲襞微循环

Therapy of Dropping Turbidity and Ventilating and Smoothing Lung Improving Nailfold Microcirculatory Disturbance of Chronic Cor Pulmonale

观察发现６２例慢性肺心病患者的甲襞微循环加权积分值均明显增高。随机抽样分为二组，观察组除西药常规方法外用中医降浊宣肺法治疗，对照组仅用西药常规治疗，结果发现中医疗法治疗慢性肺心病能显著改善微循环，提高疗效，减少死亡率，因而对其中药作用机理进行了讨论。

cases of patients with chronic cor pulmonale were divided into double blind groups. Oboervation group: common treatment by drugs plus treatment by droppmg turbidity and ventilating and smoothing the lung. Contrast group : single common treatment by drugs. Same time,nailfold microcirculation were observed. The result showed that observation group's microcirculation were improved obviously, curative effect was increased and the death rate was redued . In addition . action mechanism of herbs were discussed.
