外界高温与毛细血管内皮细胞膜损伤 被引量:1

摘要 采用冷冻蚀刻及硝酸镧示踪等技术研究外界高温对心、肺、肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞膜的损伤作用。48只日本大耳白兔随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~Ⅴ组为受热组,分别在受热1、2、3h及受热3h后延期4h活杀。结果表明外界高温对毛细血管内皮细胞膜有明显的损伤作用,能引起内皮细胞对硝酸镧的通透性增加;膜内微粒分布紊乱,数量明显增加或减少;抑制内皮细胞的吞饮活动;导致肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞窗孔扩张。文中还讨论了外界高温对毛细血管内皮细胞损伤的作用特点。 The membranous structural changes of capllary endothelium in heart, lung and kidney of heated rabbits were observed with freeze-etching and lanthanum nitrate tracing techniques. 18 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups. Group I was as control group. group Ⅱ~Ⅴ as heated groups(dt 38℃+0. 5℃,wt 35℃±1℃) were respectively biopsyed at 1,2,3 hour of heat exposure and 4 hour after 3 hour of heat exposure. The results of heated groups showed as followed:(1) The permeability of cell membrane of capillary endothelium in lung and heart to lanthanum nitrate had significant increase.(2) The density of intramembranous particles(IMPs) of both faces of capillary endothelium in lung and heart was increased, while that in kidney was decreased,compared with control group.(3) The numbers of vacuole at PF and EF faces of capillary endothelium in heart and lung showed mild change.(4) The fenestra of capillary endothelial call in kidney had marked dialation. The active feature of heat exposure to capillary endothelium also was discussed in the article.
