摘要
实验性关节炎大鼠分为电针组12只,对照组10只。以足背及耳廓微循环、足踝周径和足皮温为指标观察电针的治疗作用。结果发现其各项指标异常改变明显,电针组恢复均比对照组出现早而快。提示电针对大鼠实验性关节炎有治疗作用,因而就其机理进行了初步探讨。
The mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of experimental arthritis were investigated in rats.22 rats were randomly divided into electroacupuncture(EA)group(n=12)and control group(n=10).Freund's complete adjuvant(0.04ml)was injected into the right planta pedis.The microcirculation both on the biletaral dorsum of foot and the right auricle were observed.and the circumference of the ankle and the skin temperature on the dorsum of foot on the bilateral side were measured on the 3rd day,the 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th week after the injection.It was found that the blood vessels on the dorsum of foot were less dilated in the EA group,and the number of capillary were increased,the space in capillary network was smaller than that in the control at the 4th and 5th week.The acceleration of auricular microcirculation and the diameter enlargement of microarteries reached to the peaks at the 3rd day after the injection of freund's complete adjuvant.The velocity of blood flow and the diameters of microarteries in the EA group were larger than those in the control group,while the diameters of microveins in the EA group were smaller than those in the control,showing less blood stagnation in microveins in the EA group.The results indieate that the therapeuticeffect of acupuncture is fulfiled by way of acceleration systemic and local bloodeirculation to regulate vital energy and blood,and remove blood stasis, resulting in analgesia.
