甲状腺机能亢进患者舌尖微循环与舌质颜色分析

Microcirculation and Color of Tongue in Patients with Hyperthyroidism

观察２７例甲亢患者的外周微循环与舌质颜色，结果发现其微循环改变以舌尖为甚，其形态学各项指标均较正常对照组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５）。而且甲亢患者之舌质出现鲜红或绛红，舌体瘦薄，舌面上有裂纹。由此提示甲亢患者的舌质颜色表现与其舌尖微循环改变相一致。

The microcirculation and the color of tongue were observed in 27 patients with hyperthyroidism.It was found that the tongue proper was red or crimson on inspection and microscopically the filamentous papillae of tongue were waned,atrophic and disappeared.However,there were thickness of epithelial layer and increases of size and number of the mushroom-like papillae over the tongue proper.The eapillary morphology of tongue were of spot-hook,spot-patch or short loop.The capillary tufts showed extension with abundant exudation around.These results were significantly different from 30 normal subjects(all P<0.01)
