摘要
TH-蛋白是结石基质中的主要功能成分,在体外仿生态溶石器内对其溶解情况进行了观察。结果表明,结石中的TH-蛋白单位面积释放量为31.243ng/mm ̄2,速度为0.52ng/mm ̄2·min;草酸钙结石基质含量较多,单位面积释放量为40.879±4.5ng/mm ̄2,速度为0.68lng/mm ̄2·min;磷酸钙为25.037±3.15ng/mm ̄2和0.417ng/mm ̄2·min;晶体溶解剂可加速TH-蛋白溶解,尤以ED-TA作用更明显,温度、流体速度可加速TH-蛋白解离。作者认为通过基质溶解可加速结石的溶解速度。
Tamm-Hrsfall-Protein(THP)is the effect-part of urinary calculi matrix. Dissolutin of THP was studied in the natural-apparatus in vitro. The amount of THP released perunit surface area(Q)is 31. 243ng/mm2,the rate of dissolution(R)is 0.52ng/mm2·min;The amount of matrix in calcium oxalate calculi is higher,the amunt of THP released per-unit surface area is 40.879±4.5ng/mm2 and the rate is 0. 68lng /mm2· min. At the same time,Q is 25.037±3.15ng/mm2 and R is 0.417ng/mm·min in calcium phosphate calculi.Varius irrigation agents were studied, Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)is the most effective agent in rehancing THP dissolution than other agents,including temperature(T)and the rate of liquid flow.So that,the rate of calculi dissolve can be rehance by disslving calculi matrix.
