摘要
依据尿石基质溶解的理论，采用中药与西药成分组方制作的福瑞克（Ｆｒｅｅｃａｌｃｕｌｉ）具有溶石、排石药效，且保留生药有效成分，服用方便，在临床中应用于体外冲击波碎石术后难排结石病人９０例，３月后结石排净率９５％，溶石率６１％，结果表明福瑞克有显著的溶石、排石功能。
Acorrding the theory of urinary calculi dissolution,Free calculi was made by Chinese medicine and Europe medicine. It has a funtion in dissolving and discharging urinary calculi by oral path. Free calculi was used in 90 difficuty discharg calculi patients after Extro-corporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The results indicate that the three months stone free rate is 95%and stone dissolve rate is 61%.
