第1，2掌骨背侧皮瓣的应用解剖

APPLIED ANATOMY OF CUTANEOUS FLAP IN BACK OF THE FIRST OR SECOND METACARPAL

用４３只成人手标本，对第１，２掌骨背侧皮瓣的动脉进行了观察。拇指背动脉于鼻烟壶部起自桡动脉，起始部外径平均０．７９ｍｍ，动脉分布于第１掌骨背侧和部分鱼际区。第１掌骨背动脉来源于桡动脉，起始外径平均为１．０２ｍｍ，分两支分布于拇指和食指相对缘、虎口区和第２掌骨背侧。利用拇指背动脉和第１掌背动脉形成类轴型皮瓣，适用于拇指、食指和虎口区等皮肤缺损的修复。

The observation and measurement,of the back of first and second metacarpal.the artery of cutaneous flaps were investigated on 43 adult hands.The dorsal pollicis artery,averages 0.79mm in diameter,arises from adial artery in the snuff box and distibuted the dorsally first metamrpal and the part of thenar area. The first dorsal metacarpal artery,averages 1.02mm in diameter,arises from vadial artery and distibute the dorsally second metacarpal and tiger's mouth area. With the flap,the braneh of the dorsal pollicis artery and first dorsal metacarpal artery locate widely.This flap has widely used for various traumata on the tiger's mouth area,pollex and index.
