摘要
应用体外血小板聚集实验,观察了3种蝎毒肽(Scirpionvenompeptides,SVP)对凝血酶诱导的家兔血小板聚集抑制作用,以期从蝎毒中筛选具有纤溶和溶栓活性的有效成分。应用0.125,0.25,0.50mg·ml-1各3个剂量组的SVP,SVP2,SVP3对凝血酶0.03U·ml-1(终浓度)诱导的血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用。其抑制率分别为1.51%,1.72%,10.87%;12.01%,25.22%,28.12%;0.94%,6.52%,15.52%。结果提示:蝎毒肽的不同提取物可不同程度地抑制兔血小板聚集,其中以SVP2作用最强,且有量效相关性。
Scorpion venom peptides(SVP) from of scorpion venom of Buthus Martensii karsch of Chinese,inhibited the rabbit platelet aggregation triggered by thrombase with 0.03U.ml-1. The inhibitory rate of SVP, SVP2, SVP3(0. 125,0. 25, 0. 5mg. ml-1)1.51%, 1. 72%,10. 87%;21. 01%,25. 22%,28. 12%;0. 94%,6. 52%,15. 52% respectively.The result shows that SVP2 is a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation in vitro and is a promising antithrombotic drug.
