摘要
选择肺炎合并心衰患儿１５例，利用二维彩色多普勒超声心动图，描记心脏瓣口的１６项血流参数及左室收缩功能。结果心衰组肺动脉峰值下降；左、右心室射血时间均缩短；二、三尖瓣Ｅ峰减速时间缩短；左室收缩功能下降。同时对其临床意义作了讨论。
The heart valve 16 item blood-stream indices and left ventricular systolie functions,in 15 children with pneumonia complicata congestive heart failure were evaluated, by means of ZD-CFM. Pulmonary valve peak fast decreases. Mitral and tricuspid valve E peak down time shortens. Efflux time of right and left ventricular shortens. Left ventricular systolie functions are abnormal. Also the meaning in clinic were anslysed.
