摘要
大鼠吸入过滤或未过滤柴油机排出物,每天染毒8小时,分别染毒2天、5天、8天。肺灌洗液分析发现:染毒两天组肺巨噬细胞数(PMN)明显降低,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量增高,酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性和唾液酸(NA)含量升高在染毒8天组观察到。动物吸入过滤后柴油机排出物,肺巨噬细胞数降低较缓慢,其他指标地高也不明显。结果显示:吸入柴油机排出物能引起机体肺组织损伤,大鼠吸入经过滤的柴油机排出物后,肺损伤程度有所降低。
SD rats were exposed to filtered or unfilered diesel exhaust for2,5,8 days,8 hours/day.Analysis of bronchial alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) showed that in 2-day exposed rats the pulmonary macrophage's number (PMN) decreased markedly and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were increased. The activity of acid phosphate(ACP) and N-A-cetylneuraminic (NA) in BALF elevated significantly in 8-day exposed rats.In rats exposed to filtered exhaust,biochemical and cytolosical characterization of BALF did not show such significant changes as in rats exposed to unfiltered exhaust. The results indicated that exposure of diesel exhaust could induce lung damages and the damages were slighter in filtered groups.
