氯气对大鼠嗅觉粘膜毒性的酶组织化学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 Wistar大鼠吸入浓度分别为1,10,30mg/m3氯气1小时,用光镜、酶组织化学及电镜观察其鼻腔嗅觉粘膜。结果提示:10,30mg/m3氯气可引起鼻中隔呼吸上皮杯状细胞增多、PAS阳性物质增多,并导致嗅上皮AKP酶活性减低;透射电镜观察到10,30mg/m3氯气可引起嗅细胞线粒体肿胀、嵴模糊、核染色质固缩、核膜灶性扩张、滑面内质网扩张呈空泡状,存在一定的剂量-效应关系。 Wister rats exposed to chlorine gas at the levels of 0,1,10,30mg/m3 for one hour.An observation was made to investigate the damages by Cl2 in the rat olfactory mucosa.The results suggested that in 10 and 30mg/m3 groups,goblet cells of nasal septum respiratory epithelium incieased ,and AKPase activity of olfactory epithelium were concentration-related decreased. By electronic microscope,it was found that 10 and 30mg/m3 Cl2 induce olfactory cell lesion in rats.These were characterized by swelling of mitochondria,coagulation of nuclear and distension of SER.
