三种苯胺衍生物对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞膜损伤的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 观察了三种结构类似,但致癌/致突变强度不同的苯胺衍生物如MOCA、MDA和Dapsone处理雄性Wistar大鼠后,对其外周血淋巴细胞膜脂质过氧化作用和膜脂流动性的影响,发现有致癌作用的MOCA和MDA均能诱发大鼠外周血淋巴细胞膜的脂质过氧化作用,同时还可使膜脂流动性下降。并发现MOCA的上述作用强于MDA;而无致癌作用的Dapsone则无上述作用。由此可以推测化学致癌物对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞膜某些生物化学和生物物理学特性的改变可能与其致癌性有关。 reatment with three aniline derivatives(MOCA,MDA,Dapsone),which have similar stracture but with dissimilar carcinogenesis or mutagenesis, on male Wistar rats, the effect of three chemicals on lipid peroxidation and membrane fluidity were observed in lymphocyte of rat periperal blood.The results whowed that treatment with MOCA or MDA, which was unequivocal carcinogenic chemical,caused a dose dependent increase of lipid peroxidation and concomitant decrease of membrane fluidity.Moreover,the effects of MOCA were stronger than the effects of MDA that was consistant with the carcinogenicity of both chemicals.Treatmeat with Dapsone resulted in no changes in lipid peroxidation and membrane fluidity.The results suggested that there be a relationship between carcinogenic activity ot chemical and particular alteration in some biochemical and physical properties of lymphocytes of rats peripheral blood.
