赭曲霉群菌种产生赭曲霉毒素的调查研究

Investigation on ochratoxin a producing species of aspergillus ochraceus group

对赭曲霉群的各模式株和一些分离自我国的赭曲霉群菌株进行了赭曲霉毒素Ａ产生能力的检测，结果表明：产毒种不多，亦未检出强力产毒株。

The ochratoxin A producing abilities of 33 strains in A spergillus ochraceus group(including type cultures and authentic cultures of 16 species)were tested.Some strains were isolsted from China.Three species were found to be toxigenic,but no strongly ochratoxin A producing strains were detected.
