脊髓造影CT扫描对脊髓压迫症的诊断价值

THE VALUE OF CT MYELOGRAPHY(CTM)SCANNING IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE SPINAL CORD COMPRESSION

报告７９例脊髓压迫症病例ＣＴＭ扫描结果，肿瘤性病变５８例（７３．４％），其中膜外肿瘤２５例，髓外膜内肿瘤２７例，髓内肿瘤６例。非肿瘤性病变２１例（２６．６％）。ＣＴＭ扫描对脊髓肿瘤性病变，其敏感性为９６．６％，定位准确率为９１．４％。作者结合临床实际就ＣＴＭ扫描时的注意事项进行讨论。

he results of CTM scanning in 79 cases of the spinal cord compression were reported.A-mong them 58 cases were the disease of neoplasm,including 25 cases of intraspinal extraduraI tu-mour and 27 cases of intradural extramedullary tumours,6 cases of intramedullary tumour and 21case,non neoplasm.The value of CTM was analysed in the diagnosis of spinal cord compres-sion. lts sensitvity for the tumor diseases of the spinal cord with CTM scanning was 96.6% andthe diagnostic accuracy for localization 91.4%.Some points for attention were discussed in CTM
